major project: feedback

Feedback

Janis Chan
Overall, Janis has a good blog as well as website, it is very clean and organised, I do like her customisation of her website, only problem is that her website is not exactly detailed enough to represent herself. I like how she did research on the specific applications, even though she isn't that good with Photoshop, she is eager to learn it by using Photoshop tutorials as to be able to get the major project done. Her research on the blog is very well organised.

Dowhee
Dowhee has a good website and blog as it is also very clean and organised. She had added her own work into the website to represent herself, her blog is extremely detailed full of her project ideas and research. She had organised her layout of the website pretty well. She had designed her own logo which is extremely interesting, try to show more about yourself, which I believe it's a bit limited.

Augustina
Website is pretty stylish and clean. Her blog was able to showcase her progression route which is a major thing that needs to be added into both the blog and website. Augustina talked and wrote a lot about her major project and I do like that she is inspired to change the design of the building that she had mentioned. More research on major project may be needed.

Khaled
Khaled has some good research on character designing which he is passionate about, which is good that he is showing interest in his major project. He had also done some planning on how his major project's product is going to turn out by using storyboards to create how his manga is going to look like. His website is pretty limited, it would be great if he showed more of himself, the website is easy to navigate but it feels like his website is a bit short on information. I believe that he could write more on the website, not as much as his blog, but more information will do. I feel like he should make more of the character designs to be placed as his background pictures, similar backgrounds on his blog and website may make it seem a bit boring, try making a digital copy if possible?

Kate Zheng
Kate has some very good ideas on her major project, her blog and website are very well organised. I really love her designs that she had made of the interior designs of the rooms. I find it rather interesting to see her ideas being explained in her blog. Her website is extremely clean and organised which is my ideal type of website to visit, I am rather excited to see what her end product, blog and website will be like at the end of the term.

Santiago
Santiago has some good research on his blog which I really do enjoy and would like to see it. His website is very organised, only problem is the biography part of the website not able to contrast between the background image and the text colour. Overall, it is a pretty good presentation. I also very like that he did research on the Cambridge and Leicester train station in different perspectives.

Aga
Aga's website is way better than the one that she had shown us a couple weeks ago, she had changed the theme entirely which is very exciting to see the change. Her blog has been updated a lot, more research and ideas has been put into the blog. I really like her logo designs that she made dedicated for the website itself, the final logo which was placed on the website did turn out pretty well which matches the theme that she used. Her website is easy to navigate and very clear now, she still do need to upload her images on her gallery.

Sujin
Sujin has a rather colourful blog which is really satisfying to see. Her background image of her blog catches my eye and makes me feel that I would want to read and explore more into her blog and what it is about. Sujin had made a lot of research, she had written down the research and her ideas on her blog and her progress of getting there. Her website is very creative and catches the eye of the people, I believe that she needs to write more in detail about specific things that she's mentioning, as well as her biography. Overall, it is a very good combination for both website and blog, she did very well.

Nathan Vo
Nathan has some good ideas on his project, his project is sort of similar to mine which focuses on mental illnesses, how psychology can influence/relate to art. I've seen Nathan's website and blog grow from the beginning until the end and it has a lot of progress and changes. His research and ideas are precise and he has uploaded his screenshots onto his blog which is one of the requirements. As others had said, it is best to have him to upload more of his work on his website and pretty much everything should be fine.

Jaewan Kim
Jaewan's blog started of having a background image of something that may be related to his progression route. Jaewan has posted a lot of his research on his blog, everything in detailed which he had recorded a lot of his process. His website is really creative but a bit scary and gloomy but simple and easy to navigate. His website and blog both showed his progression route for the information that he added on both his website and blog, he also indicated it pretty well.

Angel
Angel has some good research on ideas regarding her major project, she writes a lot on the research that she did as well as her reflections. The thing that catches most of our ears is the music choice that she had chose for her website, it's One Summer's Day by Joe Hisaishi which is one of my favourite piano pieces. Her website had changed since the last time we've seen it, it's cleaner and easier to navigate than the previous one.

Jason Fung
Jason had first introduced his website, it looks like he had wrote a lot about himself for his biography, the rest of his website aren't exactly complete which he hasn't exactly update much on his website, making his website looking dull. The website's text is rather hard to read due to it's colour. As for his blog, he has updated more on it and showed screenshot, I believe that he should write more regarding the screenshot that he had showed to avoid any misunderstandings.
