Different fonts represents different things, in the design world, fonts can be a great asset in creating a piece of work, if a font were to not match with the theme of the piece of work, it would look weird and out of space.

I've looked up on a couple fonts from different websites which are available online to download free fonts. Most of the time, if I were to get fonts/download them, it would be either from Adobe's Typekit, DaFont or Font Squirrel. These websites supplies fonts which are free (except Typekit) for users to download.

Usually, default fonts are Times, Arial, Courier, Georgia, Helvatica, Trebuchet, Verdana, and much more. Fonts like these tends to be easy to code/and available as a template. I've also looked up on futuristic fonts:
